Description
Canerock Spiced — a premium Caribbean spiced rum created as an aromatic blend of aged spirits. It is produced from molasses using combined distillation; white rums aged for around three years in neutral vessels are infused with Madagascan vanilla, Jamaican ginger, and Caribbean coconut, then blended with 5–10-year-old rums and partially matured in Pedro Ximenez and sweet Sauternes wine casks. The rum features aromas of coconut and vanilla with spicy undertones, a smooth slightly sweet taste, and a warm amber visual profile. It is recommended to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
