Description
Citadelle Réserve — the world’s first commercially produced aged gin, created in France and distinguished by its deep and structured character. It is produced using a multi-stage distillation method in Charentais copper pot stills over an open flame with separate botanical distillation, after which it is aged in casks previously used for cognac, sherry, and other wines. The drink features a complex aroma with notes of vanilla, tobacco, and spices, a rounded rich taste while preserving its juniper base, and a golden-amber visual hue. It is recommended for neat consumption or in aged cocktails.
