Citadelle Rouge — a limited interpretation of French Citadelle gin with a distinctly berry-fruit character. It is produced using a multi-stage distillation method in which botanicals are distilled separately in Charentais copper pot stills over an open flame, after which the spirits are blended with the addition of fresh red berries and rhubarb. The drink features a rich berry aroma, a smooth balanced taste with pronounced fruity depth, and a clear visual color. It is recommended for gin and tonic or cocktails with a fruity accent.
